Jeez, Tony, you make as persuasive a case as a straight traditional chiropractor defending "subluxation" with a priori assertions in the face of sacientific solidly researched contradictory facts. Your zeal is blocking your assessment of the effectiveness of your communication, a tendency which bodes not well for a techical communicator.
