RE: TOOLS: problem with AI-derived illustrations in FM (SOLVED?)

For anybody who paid attention at the time, I had a problem where FM could
not display some imported graphics that it had previously managed without
trouble (they'd all come through Adobe Illustrator CS).
Well, Barbara suggested opening all the illustrations in some other
application, capturing them with SnagIt!, and using the SnagIt! output as my
import sources in the FM document.
I did.
So far, so good. No more gray boxes. No more FM crashes with error
0xXXXXXXXX at 0xYYYYYYYY.
The SnagIt! versions of PNG and JPG files are also MUCH smaller than the
equivalents generated by Illustrator, with no apparent loss of quality (at
least, not on-screen or on the color laser printer here at the office).
Thanks.
Kevin
