Hello all...please HELP!!
I can't seem to find any info on this...
In my Styles and Formatting Pane the "Select ALL" button is always
disabled and when I pick any style from the list it says "select all: not
currently used." Additionally, in the format settings dialog all font,
paragraph level, and bullet and numbering formatting are greyed out.
I have defined styles and they are applied in my document - actually,
there is not a single peice of text without a style!
