It may be one of those sentences that is grammatically correct, but
sounds weird. Anyway, I would rewrite it as "ABC provides the ZYX
interface, which lets you create ... "

Specifically, what's wrong with the use of "using which". I think its
incorrect, but I am not sure why that is so.
