In addition to Weblogs as suggested by Guy K Haas,
those who are familiar with Wiki might like to explore http://www.twiki.org/. This site counts Yahoo!,
Motorola, and SAP among its users.
According to the home page, "It is a structured Wiki,
typically used to run a project development space, a
document management system, a knowledge base, or any
other groupware tool, on an intranet or on the
internet."
I am not sure whether Wiki would serve those who want
to remain annonymous. Perhaps someone can generate
fake IDs to "protect the privacy" of contributors!
