We provide CHM for installer help. Customers seem to like it. We got a
few kudos, and no complaints.
We also provide install info in print and in PDF (on disc and on the
web). But the Help was designed to help them through the tougher
decisions during a custom install.
If you're working with a "standard" desktop app, no Help *should* be
required... should be a "next next next done" scenario.
