I'm assembling a bid to design a one-day course for a large IT
corporation in the United States. I have a good chance, since the
company contacted me, but I want to avoid both under-pricing and
over-pricing.

I have a good idea of pricing in the local market in Vancouver, Canada,
but not in the American market. Would anyone on the list be willing to
suggest what hourly rate or project rate would be appropriate? Or,
alternatively, point me to a site that might give me the information?
I've searched for some time and found no sites that give the information
I need.
