My last place was salary but anything over 40 hours was "banked." We
could bank up to 40 hours which was wonderful. My current position
allows us to work all hours just for the love of it! :)
My first job in Canada (after moving here from the UK) was for a major
Canadian aerospace company and get this - it was unionised!!! I couldn't
believe it, but the bank manager wanted me to work. Has anyone else ever
worked in a unionised position?
