OK, now I'm ready for all the usual suspects to grandstand about how
they would fire/never hire anyone with such an attitude :-)
Whatever.
For the large percentage of list members who are now or have ever been W-2 contract employees (agency employees working on the site of the agency's client company), being an hourly employee is not a new experience.
Yes, it changes the dynamics from salaried work. You work it out as best you can. Either it is satisfactory or it isn't.
