Exactly my point. So why the denigration of saying a business model is
based on customer ignorance if the subject is computers and programming?
Sure, I could learn PHP, SQL, and a dozen other things and setup a web
page. But if my time is filled selling or developing product, why should
I?
If I do, great. If I don't, I keep another professional employed.
My web page is down, my server has crashed: who am I going to call.
