Well, I'm jealous and I don't even work in your office.

I'd say, in best procedure format:
1. Forget the guilt. You will be more productive in the office, thus it's good for the company to give you one.
2. Do not go to management. Cheerfully ignore my jealousy.
3. Bring chocolate.

Bonnie,

No, nothing openly negative. Just lots of snarky semi-humorous asides
and open admissions of jealousy.

Mind you, we hired a third project manager the same week I got hired,
and he bogarted me out of MY office. I only got this one because one
of the military personnel got transferred out. So I don't feel TOO
bad. I just think it's odd that no one's giving the project manager
crap, even though I've been here longer. I imagine it's that typical
dismissal of tech writers. :)
