Have you worked for a Level 5 company before? If you have not, perhaps
read about what makes a company a Level 5 on the People Capability
Maturity Model (PCMM). Take a look at the document on the Carnegie
Mellon SEI site: http://www.sei.cmu.edu/cmm-p/version2/part5.pdf .
I think that you will do well if you talk about how you can make a
contribution to an organization that has adopted this framework, to its
highest level. If they reached Level 5, then it is important to them.
Being aware of what it means will then be important during the
interview.
