As an aside, I wonder how many writers in software documentation were
former programmers who saw the light. Do let me know!
Well, I wasn't a college-educated programmer, but I self-learned several langauges (starting with BASIC) and continue to dabble in the field. Must have been the influence of playing with punchcards at Mom's work.
