Good call on noticing the %, Dave, but I suspect it's probably somewhere
between yours (way too low, considering anxiety/depression) and his,
which do seem pretty high, but I'd guess a lot has to do with the
anxiety/depression numbers.
But this is the first time I actually looked at the numbers: the ones
for ADHD and retardation seem to be very high (IMHO). I wonder if
humans are devolving or this is a stable number across time.

Umm, no.
SEe the percent signs after each number? If they're supposed to be
there,
then you're off by a factor of 100.
The numbers you listed add up to 0.2271%, or 567,750 (of 250 million).
