Dreamweaver comes with tutorials. They also have a good support site.

*If you know HTML pretty well* then Dreamweaver is easy to use. It's
basically a high-level HTML editor and web application IDE, oriented
towards Macromedia's server-side features.

Things to look for in Dreamweaver:
1. Design view: WYSIWY"G" editor for HTML, I put "G" in quotes because
it isn't exact but very close. You can
get exact with a touch of a button; F12 previews your page in your
web browser of choice.
2. Extensive automation and auto-completion: In code view, type in a tag
and hit space, you get a list of
attributes you can use for that tag. Enter ">" and the closing tag is
automatically added.
3. Select text in Code View, then from the Insert bar select a tag. Your
selection is automatically wrapped by
the tag.
4. Site-checking features. The "site" feature is great; you create sites
containing files on your hard disk.

Well, that's just a taste. I use Dreamweaver to create online help.
