Elizabeth,
It seems you have imported other images (JPEGs, for instance, of your
products) into the native Visio drawing. Have you placed them in the file or
linked them to the file? The link may not work for the direct import between
Visio and Word.
On the other hand, if the graphic is good as an Illustrator EPS, the long
way around this is to save it as an Illustrator EPS, open that file in
Photoshop, and save it as a JPEG (or GIF, PNG, whatever). That cumulative
file should work in Word.
I admit this problem perplexes, but I don't know what version of Word and
Visio you're running, either. I do hope this helps somewhat.
