A lot of people don't like the above workaround. But for me it's perfect
because a) the document was meant to be released yesterday, and this is one
of the things holding it up and b) the image is not likely to change unless
it is completely replaced. So a fast-and-dirty screengrab is exactly what I
needed.

But if what I needed was something editable with a very high output
resolution, yes, I would agree with you all.
