My first two thoughts on this question:

- I don't care very much what experts think of my abililties. I'm much
more concerned about what clients, past and present, think of my
abilities.

- Since this is a public list, and accessible by potential clients, I
wouldn't think of answering anything except "10," regardless of whether
I would actually rate myself that way or not.
