Some other things we need.
(A lot of tongue in cheek, and a whole bunch of humor INTENDED)
1) Is this a project that we want to take on?
2) Who will be the project leader?
3) What is our desired result?
4) Is there a project plan?
5) Who is our customer?
6) What are the requirements?
7) when will we have a review of the 'plan'?
8) How will we know when we are done?
9) Can you diagram 'that'?
10) Who will be affected by this project?
11) Is there a set of paths that are NOT to be taken?
12) Where are our reference document(s)?
13) "You need how many 'resources'?!?!?!?"
I am sure that each of us can relate to one or more of the above questions.
