On the plus side, the Robo-upgrade cycle is over, so your TCO will
start to flatten out. Current versions of RoboHelp will continue to
work as long as you can run a version of Windows that supports it.
As far as "support" is concerned - c'mon, who relies on the vendor for
support these days anyway?
