Option 1. The MS Office site suggests:
"In the presentation, create an additional slide after the current one
so you get another notes page. You might move part of the text from your
original slide to the additional slide, and add the notes that correlate
to that text."

Option 2. There's an MS MVP named Bill Dilworth. Bill's site
<http://billdilworth.mvps.org/Add-ins.htm> has a link to an add-in
called "NoteChord," that Bill says "will add additional pages to print
the overflow from any notes page."
I haven't tried it -- YMMV.
