If you can justify the expense of InDesign, I would advocate getting the
entire Creative Suite Premium--with the graphic elements that most
newsletters incorporate, having the full functional power of Illustrator
and PhotoShop make this decision a no-brainer if you have the budget for
it. With the Premium Suite you also get the nifty Adobe Bridge, GoLive,
and a couple of other goodies I haven't even cracked open in the few
months I've been using the suite.
