One of the many valuable resources available on the TECHWR-L Web site 
is the TECHWR-L Calendar. Here, you can post events for technical 
communicators, and then browse for events of interest to you, in your 
area or further from home.

For example, a new event was posted this morning for a lunch that's 
being held in Markham, Ontario this Thursday (contact 
writermsm-tech -at- yahoo -dot- ca for more info).

If you have any questions about posting an item, please let me know. If 
you have a question about an item that has already been posted, please 
use the contact information contained in the event description.

Another free TECHWR-L resource is the Employment Services page 
(http://techwr-l.com/techwhirl/employment/), which lists current (30 
days) job openings in the technical communication field. You can also 
post your profile there for employers to search for that much-sought 
skill you have.

If you would like to see all of the jobs that are currently listed, you 
don't need to click on each category individually. Just click the 
Search Jobs button, and all the jobs will be listed for you.
