The booklet option in Word should work if you are printing the pamphlet
yourself. If you are sending it off for printing, check with your printer
before creating the booklet as they may prefer to arrange the pages
themselves to suit their press.
In either case, I recommend you use a press-ready pdf for the printing file
AND the same file for the final proof. Word can do bad things when moving
computers... actually, Word can do bad things staying at home too. ;-)
A good printer should be able to work with the press-ready pdf file ... your
local quick digital print shop ... maybe. I've run into one major chain
where their state-of-the-art print setup for pdfs uses Acrobat Reader. Check
the proof they give you carefully... especially for shrinkage and margin
creep!
