I posted the same question a while ago (over a year) and am now
returning to this task. I need to standardize employee resumes for
proposals (for example) and am interested in some kind of database or
other application that can hold the content in separate fields that can
be searched (e.g., for MS Word experience). Then it needs to be able to
output to MS Word for inclusion in larger documents.

Any thoughts?

Thanks.
