Hi Michele,
I consider myself Word Intermediate, and cannot help.
I suspect you will find many people in the same
position; this may simply be something they have not
encountered before.
Your post (and some of *my* pleas for Word help in the
past) are good reminders that expensive, non-OS
software also requires support that is often not
provided by the people who made or sold the software,
as Sean just pointed out.
