I recall seeing on TECHWR-L (and could have sworn, SWORN, that I
bookmarked!) a message about open-source software that included a URL
to a page with a table listing open-source alternatives to software
commonly used by technical communicators. The message was posted a few
weeks/months ago, but browsing the TECHWR-L archives, I can't find it.
Could some kind soul either forward that message or provide the URL?
