I like so TOTALLY know where you're coming from, you
know? It's so, like, rude, you know? When people like
use words just to, like, conform, man.
Not sure of the grammatical rule surrounding this, but
you could tell your colleagues that using 'so' in the
way they do makes them sound like a Valley Girl. :-)
