Subject:Question about Webworks ePublisher Pro From:"Van Laan, Krista" <KVanlaan -at- verisign -dot- com> To:"TECHWR-L" <techwr-l -at- lists -dot- techwr-l -dot- com> Date:Mon, 17 Oct 2005 00:00:39 -0700
To all you Webworks gurus out there --
I've been told that Web help generated by ePublisher Pro relies heavily
on ActiveX, so if
a user running Win XP SP 2 has the IE browser set to medium security,
the Web help
will not load unless the user actively chooses to allow it. If the
user's security is
set to high, the Web help will not load at all. Is anyone familiar with
this? Do you have a workaround for generating help that displays with no
problem?
Thanks,
Krista
