It depends on what software you are using to generate the website.
aamcf.co.uk is powered by Movable Type, which automatically creates
the RSS. Most Blog software should do something similar. If you are
creating the website by hand, you have to create the RSS by hand as
well.

I could write another article on this if people were interested?
