Creating PDF with CE font: Bookmarks don't use CE font

Hi all,
I've created a PDF manual from a Frame book. It's in Polish. One of the
fonts used in the Frame files is Arial CE, which is used in the
headings. All displays correctly in the PDF manual except for the
bookmarks. They aren't using the CE font so the Polish special
characters aren't displaying correctly. In Distiller I've selected
"Embed all fonts" though I don't see the Arial CE listed under the
Embedding list. I can, however, manually correct the incorrect
characters in the bookmarks. :-(
What should I do so that Acrobat will automatically use Arial CE in the
bookmarks? I'm using Acrobat v6.
