I understand you need a Win 3.1 version, though. Perhaps if you contact
IMSI customer support and explain your situation, they may be able to
help you out.

You can paste from your Windows 3.1 clipboard to Paint and save as a 
.bmp, then convert the .bmp on your XP machine to something friendlier.
