Oh, and as a FYI, I'll have several papers published (collaboration
summaries, really) with the STC's Single-Sourcing SIG over the next
few months... something that wouldn't happen without this change in
copyright status. I see that Char is now writing for Intercom as
well... Looks liek change for the better is already taking place!
This is tremendously excellent news! This may not seem like a big
issue to many on this list, but what this basically means is that the
STC has lifted the restriction it imposed upon its members to openly
share knowledge with the society membership. Essentially, the STC
lifted its own gag it held over itself.
