Hi Erika,
There are a few people who have discussed Doxygen on-list in the past
and have spoken highly of it. If you don't get a direct reply, please
try searching the archives for Doxygen. You should find some fairly
recent threads about it.
I haven't used it, though I use Ndoc for the same purpose. If you have
questions on Ndoc, I'd be happy to answer them as best I can. I'm by
no means an expert in the tool (by my own definition of expert), but
I've been using it for nearly 50% of my work for the past 2-3 years.
