Okay, Tony, the suspense is killing me. Obviously nobody has come up with the answer you are looking for. So why don't YOU tell US how to scope a documentation project. Obviously you know the One True Answer and are just dying to have someone ask you to reveal it. So I'm asking. Please reveal The Truth.
