Colleagues,
Our organization is in the process of reviewing page standards and I would
like to ask you all a few questions about the printed documentation that you
create.
1. What are your page margins for 8.5 x 11 in document formats? We currently
use 0.5 inch top and bottom margins and 1 inch right and left margins.
2. What size font do you use for your first four levels of titles?
Currently our point sizes are as follows:
Level 1 - 22pt
Level 2 - 18pt
Level 3 - 14pt
Level 4 - 14pt condensed
Normal text - 12 pt
3. Finally, at about how far down from the top margin do you begin the
following?
Level 1 (chapter) title
First line of text
Thank you all in advance for your input.
Regards,
