The importance of titles (white papers, ...)

Hi All;

I am conducting some research on writing titles for white papers, 
etc.  I am looking for:

- Good articles / resources on the power of a good title
- Your own feedback

I want to understand tips and strategies around developing compelling 
titles that make people want to act (download a paper, etc.).
