Ideally, a non-technical person, an editor or
peer should do this. Such has been my experience
in the past, in a couple of jobs.
My documents now go to the software tester: and I
worry that the test engineer reads the stuff,
does what he already knows about the software,
and approves the doc. [Maybe worry is not the
right word there. Say, 'wonder'?]
