What flavor of help?
If you are compiling Microsoft's WinHelp or HTMLHelp, the
Microsoft Workshop compilers have built-in reporting functions that
will give you this information.
I'm not certain if RH taps into this information, but you could always
compile the project with the workshop to do a quick check.
