I think the article is well-written and informative.

I especially like this part:

"This is exactly the kind of thing that we're talking about," said Epley. "That's exactly where one's intention to do something — in this case to be polite — was taken as a sign of attack and being rude."

Gosh. Wow. I'm quickly reminded how I brought up how Israel looked to me when I was 18 two weeks ago on techwhirler and was flamed for over a week afterwards from Israelites who *had* to tell me how *wrong* I was. I didn't realize expressing my perceptions from 1984 could've been so wrong.

I think that article is really good and something numerous posters on this list should really read.
