This is why I usually try to write in a formal, polite style. I'm often
guilty of disobeying my own rule on these online forums, and plead
guilty to boneheadedness. Mea culpa.

I am passionate about many topics, including unproductive and
de-motivating management, the need for clarity in writing, and our
combined need to stop apologizing for technical writing. I hope that
I'll be able to maintain that passion without flaming anyone!
