A former coworker of mine got a 2nd degree burn on his hand because his Pop
Tart broke when he was taking it out of the toaster and got bubbling goo all
over his hand.  I don't know if he proceeded to the headbanging step,
although he was a child of the 60's, and did EST, etc.
