I get this once in a while from SW salespeople.  Usually, unless I am
actually trying to solve a problem, I tell them I guess their product isn't
going to work for me because I am just looking for ideas to enhance
a process that is not really failing and don't have a problem that requires
a "solution."

hundred companies out there willing to offer a "solution."  The company
I work for no longer provides software or services.  Oh no, only
"solutions."  Argggg.
