Tech writers are not "content providers" - those are the SMEsI've been called a lot of things, including "content provider;" however, it was a slash after Technical Writer and it referred to providing content to the corporate website. This task was in addition and subordinate to my primary function of creating user guides and online Help.

along with skilled technical editors <ahem!>, make it understandable. =)
