These are usually dead hyperlinks. Your document has links/references to
bookmarks that don't exist anymore. They may have been deleted or moved out
of that document context.
This is really not a problem if you view it as an automated (though rather
late in the day) machine review of your links and cross-references.
Note down those occurences, then check the Word document to see if those
links work. If they don't, you will have to either recreate the bookmark and
link/reference, or edit it out.

I recommend scheduling a preliminary PDF conversion cycle, reviewing that
output, and then distilling a final output after the review.
