Given the number of us who must at least occasionally work with colleagues around the world, I thought this link might be useful: http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/meeting.html

Simply select the names of up to 6 cities and the software will heroically try to find a range of reasonable times for everyone on your team. Should be useful whether you're planning a telephone call or an instant-messaging chat. Very cool! (I haven't tested the dates and times, and software being software, it's probably wise to _propose_ the times to your colleagues well in advance so they can provide a reality check.)
