Hello & Translation Issues

Hello,
 
I subscribed to this list with a previous employer and just
resubscribed. I am particularly interested in translation issues as they
relate to printed software manuals and online help. I will search the
TECHWR-L <BLOCKED::http://www.raycomm.com/techwhirl/>  archives, but if
anyone has links or advice, I will thank you in advance.
