My current one is "actionable" when used to refer to
"something we need to act on," rather than the actual
meaning "something we could be sued for."
Close runners up have already been mentioned:
hypercorrection using "I" instead of "me," and
"between xxx to yyy" instead of either "between xxx AND yyy"
or "from xxx TO yyy."
