STC dinner/t-shirt order form and IE

Hello again,

I tested the dinner/t-shirt ordering page
(http://www.techwr-l.com/techwhirl/stc2006/) in Firefox, but not in
Internet Explorer. Someone let me know she was having trouble with the
form not all being there, so I did some checking and changing, and now
it works in IE, too.

If you had trouble with the form, try again now. If you still have
problems, please let me know!
