MS Word Template for Software Manual/User Guide

I've checked the default templates that come with MS Word. I've gone to the Microsoft Office web site to see what other templates are available.
   
  I'm just not really finding anything that works for me to use (or update) for a software manual/user guide.
   
  Anyone have a template they would like to share or a web site the use and like?
